After spotting a job advert online advertised by Smart Education, I was slightly unsure before applying as I had never applied for a job through an agency previously. The first contact I had with Dan was after seeing an advert for a Job on the website that I was interested in. I phoned Dan and he arranged for me to come into the office for interview that same day. The paperwork was completed swiftly and efficiently and by the following Monday I had been placed in a school for a job that had been matched to my experience. I have worked for Smart Education as a SEN Home Tutor for the past three years following retirement from full time teaching. The team at Smart Education have an excellent knowledge of the entire educational system from Nursery to Post 16 and ensure that suitability and flexibility is paramount to both clients and providers alike. I first joined joined Smart Education August 2017, the process from interview to work was very smooth and staff were very helpful I was placed into long term role September 2017.
