Nursery educators play an integral role in every child’s educational journey. Here at Smart education, we have an experienced team who specialise solely in Early Years. We offer temporary and permanent solutions to your staffing requirements at Private Day Nurseries, School Nurseries and Charity Nurseries throughout the West Midlands area. Focussing on recruiting the best available talent, we ensure all candidates hold full and relevant qualifications and have substantial experience in the early years sector. From advertising and interviewing right through to placement we take care of ensuring the right candidate is sourced for the right setting.

We pride ourselves in the calibre of candidates we work with and look forward to introducing them to your setting. Here at Smart we understand Early Years candidates are different to school based candidates. We fully understand the EYFS ratio guidance and check the DFE list to ensure all qualifications are classed as full and relevant.

We support several settings with their staffing to support their early years provision. We also offer the Emergency Paediatric First Aid course to all of our Early years staff; this is a compulsory requirement for those working in nursery settings.
